Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the Spring Break Group Coaching Intensives!! Here are a few important guidelines and information: ✩ These intensives are immersive, and full participation is key to making them fun and engaging for everyone. ✩ Each session builds on the last, so arriving late could mean missing important instructions or activities. Let’s aim to be on time to make the most of the experience! Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: ✩ 14 days or more before the start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. ✩ 5 to 13 days before the start date: 50% refund. ✩ Less than 5 days before the start date: Unfortunately, no refunds due to high online platform fees. ✩ You can reschedule to another sessions - subject to availability. ✩ To go ahead with the class, we need at least 4 participants. Otherwise, unfortunately, the class will have to be canceled. ✩ In the rare event that the program has to be canceled due to unexpected circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund. ✩ Finally, so excited to have you join and can’t wait to see you behind the kit!!
