Here are a few guidelines: ✩ Full Commitment: These sessions are tailored just for you, and your active participation is key to making the most of our time together :0) ✩ Be On Time: Punctuality is important so we can maximize our time together. Let’s aim to start and finish on time to get the most out of your session! Cancellation Policy: ✩ 24+ hours before the session: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. ✩ Less than 24 hours before the session: Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to the high online admin costs and because the time slot was reserved, making it unavailable for others. Rescheduling Policy: ✩ You can reschedule to another time with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. ✩ And most importantly, can't wait to see you behind the kit!
